铜冶炼熔炼渣贫化工艺试验

针对铜冶炼渣性质特点,对渣中铜、铅、锌、铁的赋存状态进行分析,制定了优化试验方案,在小型试验研究的基础上,开展了工业试验研究,实现炉渣原矿品位:Cu 1.699%、Au 0.358 g/t、Ag 29.786 g/t;铜精矿含Cu品位18.662%,含Au 2.81g/t,含Ag 64.705 g/t;铜精矿中Cu实际回收率79.494%,Au实际回收率59.612%,Ag实际回收率71.597%;尾矿中含Cu 0.366%.
Experimental Study for Copper Smelting Slag Impoverishment
Based on the characteristics of copper smelting slag properties,the occurrence states of copper,lead,zinc,and iron in the slag were analyzed,and an optimized experimental plan was specified. On the basis of small-scale experimental research,industrial experimental research was conducted to achieve a slag raw ore grade of 1.699% Cu、Au was 0.358 g/t、Ag was 29.786 g/t;Copper concentrate has a Cu grade of 18.662%,Au content of 2.81 g/t,and Ag content of 64.705 g/t;The actual recovery rates of Cu,Au,and Ag in copper concentrate are 79.494%,59.612% and 71.597%,re-spectively. The copper content in the tailings was 0.366%.
