Study on the Analytical Method of Iron Phase in an Iron Ore
Iron ore is taken as the experimental sample,and the method of iron phase analysis and detection is improved systematically. The influence factors of each phase of iron were tested,and the best magnetic separation times of magnetic i-ron and other minerals,brown iron and iron silicate were determined to be 5 times,which effectively separated magnetic i-ron from other minerals,brown iron and iron silicate. The magnetic separation mode of brown iron and iron silicate was de-termined to move in the grinding circle at the bottom of the beaker. The leaching concentration of ferric carbonate was deter-mined to be 100 g/L AlCl3 and 5 g/L NaHCO3 . The experimental results are similar to the standard values,indicating that the method is suitable for iron phase analysis of iron ore.
