摘要

罗源闽光高炉采用的全是外购焦炭,面对低成本压力,高炉入炉焦炭质量波动较大,影响炉况稳定顺行,高炉铁水成本大幅波动.通过对罗源闽光高炉焦炭结构持续对比分析,观察判断炉况、分析操作、核算铁水成本,确定适合罗源闽光的入炉焦炭结构,既保证了高炉稳定顺行对焦炭质量的基本要求,又降低入炉焦炭成本.

Abstract

The blast furnace at Luoyuan Minguang relies entirely on externally sourced coke. With cost pressures,signifi-cant fluctuations in the quality of coke charged into the furnace have led to unstable furnace conditions and substantial fluc-tuations in the cost of hot metal. Through continuous comparative analysis of the coke structure in the Luoyuan Minguang blast furnace,observations are made to assess furnace conditions,analyze operations,and calculate hot metal costs,to de-termine the optimal coke structure for Luoyuan Minguang. This ensures meeting the basic requirements of stable operation of the blast furnace concerning coke quality while reducing the cost of coke charged into the furnace.
