摘要

为应对两台烧结机轮流大修造成铁烧平衡的矛盾,韶钢3200 m3高炉被迫进行大比例球团矿冶炼,通过提前策划,加强炉顶布料矩阵的调整与优化,缩小风口面积与提高鼓风动能,优化炉渣组成与保持适宜镁铝比等措施,取得了较好的生产效果,确保高炉的稳定顺行.

Abstract

In order to cope with the contradiction of iron firing balance caused by two sintering machines in turn,the 3200m3 blast furnace of Shaogang was forced to carry out a large proportion of pellet smelting. Through advance planning,strengthening the adjustment and optimization of the furnace top fabric matrix,reducing the tuyre area and increasing the blast dynamic energy,optimizing the slag composition and maintaining the appropriate magnesium to aluminum ratio,and other measures,good production results were achieved to ensure the stable running of the blast furnace.
