罗源闽光1号高炉因后序工艺检修影响于2022年7月25日停炉,停炉前制定详细的停炉方案,控制合适的生铁成分及布料矩阵,停炉降料面过程中高炉工艺参数控制得当,全程进行煤气回收检测,炉内无爆震、悬料、塌料等现象,实现了安全、环保、高效地停炉.
Abstract
Due to the impact of subsequent process maintenance,the Luoyuan Mingguang No.1 blast furnace was shut down on July 25,2022. Before the shutdown,a detailed shutdown plan was formulated to control the appropriate pig iron compo-sition and material distribution matrix. During the shutdown process,the blast furnace process parameters were properly controlled,and gas recovery testing was carried out throughout the entire process. There were no phenomena such as detona-tion,suspension,or collapse in the furnace,achieving safe,environmentally friendly,and efficient shutdown.
