From the tuyere damaged,stable gas flow distribution,air supply system adjustment,raw fuel change response and furnace condition management and equipment management expounds the concrete practice of stable furnace operation,gradually solved Jiusteel No.7 blast furnace tuyere abnormal damage,unplanned wind frequent,gas flow distribution,and large fluctuation of pig iron silicon content. Blast furnace condition realized the long cycle stability.
