When the furnace is shut down,it is necessary to clean the furnace cylinder. The purpose is to remove the resid-ual slag iron inside the furnace cylinder,so as to facilitate the subsequent pouring of the furnace cylinder or the laying of carbon bricks in the furnace cylinder. Cleaning the residual slag iron of the furnace cylinder is very difficult,the safety risk is high,and the operation period is long. Whether the furnace cylinder is clean or not is related to the safety and longevity of the furnace cylinder after the blast furnace is put into operation,and is the key technical point of the furnace cylinder re-pair. Based on the production practice,this paper expounds the specific technologies such as discharge of residual iron,cleaning and safety control in the process of cleaning the furnace cylinder,and puts forward a series of innovative ideas on the furnace cylinder cleaning to provide reference for continuous optimization of the furnace cylinder cleaning technology.
