对某铜冶炼厂的低品位硫酸铜进行萃取提纯工艺试验研究.进行了混合萃取体系单因素萃取试验研究,在最佳工艺条件下,粗硫酸铜溶解液中杂质元素萃取率分别为Fe 99.99%、Zn 99.99%、Al 90.60%、Ca 54.74%、As 97.91%、Bi 99.95%和Si 3.51%;萃余液经重结晶,进一步降低其中的Ni,产出符合《工业硫酸铜》(HG/T 5215-2017)优等品标准的硫酸铜.
Experimental study on extraction and purification process of low grade copper sulfate produced by a copper smel-ting plant. A mixed extraction system single factor extraction experiment was conducted,and under the optimal process con-ditions,the extraction rates of impurity elements in the crude copper sulfate solution reached Fe 99.99%,Zn 99.99%,Al 90.60%,Ca 54.74%,As 97.91%,Bi 99.95%,and Si 3.51%;After recrystallization,the residual solution can further re-duce Ni content and produce copper sulfate products that meet the"Industrial Copper Sulfate"( HG/T 5215-2017) premi-um standard.
