As the current copper smelting processing fee TC/RC continues to decline,domestic copper enterprises are fa-cing the challenge of production reduction and cost reduction. In order to resist the processing fee to reduce the risk,a fac-tory has implemented measures to reduce the consumption of copper smelting system,forced the production department to explore energy-saving methods through the incentive mechanism+assessment,and carried out technological innovation in the production of electricity,natural gas,water and other energy consumption. The energy consumption of tons of copper in the thermal smelting system is effectively reduced,the energy consumption of natural gas is reduced from 29.75 m3/t-Cu in 2022 to 24.62 m3/t-Cu in 2023,and the energy consumption of electricity is reduced from 138.9 kWh/t-Cu in 2022 to 70.04 kWh/t-Cu in 2023.
