铝电解生产应用开槽预焙阳极可减少电解生产过程中的阳极效应、提高电流效率,达到节能降耗的目的.同时该技术应用加快电解生产中阳极底部气体排出顺畅,改善了电解槽的稳定性.预焙阳极开槽实施要求更高质量的阳极,否则可能导致阳极开裂及阳极生产成本上升.通过对青铜峡分公司的应用试验,开槽阳极显示出对降低电耗上有积极影响,证实了其在电解铝生产中的实际有效性.
The application of pre-baked anodes in aluminum electrolysis production can reduce the anode effect,improve current efficiency and save energy. At the same time,the application of the technology speeds up the smooth discharge of the gas from the bottom of the anode in the electrolytic production and improves the stability of the electrolytic cell. Pre-baked anode slotting requires a higher quality anode,otherwise it may lead to anode cracking and increased anode produc-tion costs. The application of slotted anodes to the Qingtongxia branch shows a positive effect on the reduction of power con-sumption,confirming its practical effectiveness in the production of electrolytic aluminium.
