The hard zinc sample was dissolved with nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide, and determined of gallium, germanium and indium by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The method was verified by the spectral line,de-tection limit, precision and recovery of added standard,Ga 417.206 nm、Ge 265.118 nm、In 325.609 nm were selectde as the analytical line, limit of detection Ga:0.0053 μg/mL、Ge:0.0066 μg/mL、In:0.0058 μg/mL,RSD ranged from Ga:0.57%~2.22%、Ge:0.62%~3.52%、In:0.56%~0.70%,the recovery rate were Ga:95.8%~105.2%、Ge:96.4%~104.6%、In:95.1%~103.5%,the results of the two methods were compared with those of the visible spectrophotometer. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which eliminates the matrix effect caused by the main elements in the determination process and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the results.
