EMGA-830氧氮氢分析仪按照标准《钒氮合金氮含量的测定惰性气体熔融热导法》(GB/T24583.2-2019)检测钒氮合金粉末中氮含量,明确了试验检测的影响因素.结果表明,按标准中锡囊与镍篮的组合方案的检测结果达不到样品中实际氮含量值;按标准中镍囊与锡粒的组合方案的给定值测试效果明显优于锡囊和镍篮的组合,但该组合下不同的助溶剂添加量、设备分析功率、样品质量均对检测结果有一定的影响.用EMGA-830氧氮氢分析仪测试钒氮合金粉末样品,镍囊装载样品量0.05 g、助溶剂锡粒0.4 g、设备分析功率6 kW是测定钒氮合金粉末中氮含量的最佳试验参数.
The nitrogen content in vanadium nitrogen alloy powder was detected using the EMGA-830 oxygen nitrogen hy-drogen analyzer according to the standard"Vanadium nitrogen alloys-Determination of nitrogen content-Inert gas melting thermal conductivity method" ( GB/T24583.2-2019),and the influencing factors of the experimental detection were clari-fied. The results showed that the detection results of the combination scheme of tin bladder and nickel basket in the standard did not meet the actual nitrogen content value in the sample;According to the given values of the combination scheme of nickel bags and tin particles in the standard,the testing effect is significantly better than that of the combination of tin bags and nickel baskets. However,under this combination,different amounts of co solvent added,equipment analysis power,and sample quality all have a certain impact on the testing results. The EMGA-830 oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer was used to test vanadium nitrogen alloy powder samples. The best experimental parameters for determining the nitrogen content in vanadium nitrogen alloy powder were nickel capsule loading of 0.05 g,co solvent tin particles of 0.4 g,and equipment a-nalysis power of 6 kW.
