通过成分设计及轧后冷却速度控制研究了生产工艺对汽车桥壳用钢JQK490CR性能的影响.结果表明:随着合金元素Mn、Cr、Nb、V、Ti含量的上升,JQK490CR钢的强度均呈现上升的趋势.微量元素Nb、V、Ti在实验设定的范围内均能够在一定程度上提高JQK490CR钢的力学性能,Nb在0.050%~0.052%为试验最优的含量范围;V在0.05%左右时达到的强化效果较好.随着轧后冷却速度的增大,JQK490CR钢的强度不断提高,塑韧性有所下降,但均满足国标要求.
The influence of production technology on the properties of JQK490CR steel used for automobile axle housing was studied mainly through composition design and cooling rate control after rolling. The results showed that the strength of JQK490CR steel showed an increasing trend with the increase of alloying element Mn,Cr,Nb,V and Ti content. Trace ele-ment of Nb,V,Ti can improve the mechanical properties of JQK490CR steel to a certain extent within the range set by the experiment,and the optimum content range of Nb is 0.050%~0.052%,the strengthening effect of V is better when it is a-bout 0.05%. With the increase of the cooling rate after rolling,the strength of JQK490CR steel continues to increase,and the plastic toughness has decreased,but all meet the requirements of the national standard.
