8011铝合金铸轧工艺对带坯晶粒度的影响分析

通过使用徕卡DM2700M金相显微镜观测定量分析冷却水温及铸轧速度的变化对8011铝铸轧带坯晶粒度的影响,分析探索出最佳冷却水温及铸轧速度范围.随着冷却水温的降低及轧制速度的增加,晶粒度均呈现先骤减后缓减趋势,当冷却水温控制在27~29℃,晶粒尺寸细化效果突出,平均晶粒度尺寸保持在300~320μm,同样轧制速度控制在750~800 mm/min,平均晶粒度尺寸310~320μm,晶粒细化效果理想.
By using Leica DM2700M metallography microscope,the influence of cooling water temperature and casting roll-ing speed on the grain size of 8011 aluminum casting rolling strip was quantitatively analyzed,and the optimal cooling water temperature and casting rolling speed range were analyzed. With the decrease of cooling water temperature and the increase of rolling speed,the grain size showed a trend of sharp decrease at first and then slow down. When the cooling water tem-perature was controlled in the range of 27~29℃,the grain size refinement effect was prominent,the average grain size was kept in the range of 300~320 μm,and the rolling speed was controlled in the range of 750~800 mm/min. The average grain size is 310~320 μm,and the grain refinement effect is ideal.
