The effect of silicon steel production on pickling equipment and the solution are analyzed based on the actual sit-uation of the production workshop. Since the production of silicon steel,a large amount of silicon mud has accumulated in the acid storage tank,and as time goes by,the silicon mud in the tank has formed a silicon mud lump,and the silicon mud lump after the scale has been sucked into the acid pump again,causing the filter,heat exchanger,collector,diaphragm valve,acid pump,waste acid pump and other equipment clogged,and the consumption rate of spare parts has accelerated significantly,seriously affecting the normal and stable operation of the equipment. To solve these problems,three solutions are proposed,namely:the application of backwashing system,transformation of internal structure of acid storage tank,structural reform of acid return pipe. Through the above three methods,the impact of silicon steel production on pickling e-quipment will be greatly reduced,and the consumption of spare parts and replacement frequency will be reduced.
