The ultra-fine lead-zinc oxide soot contains 12.77% Pb and 38.12% Zn. The lead ore is mainly lead sulfate and lead silicate, and the zinc ore is mainly ZnO. The material has the characteristics of ultra-fine particle size, small bulk den-sity,poor hydrophilicity, particle surface charge and so on. The research results show that the new inorganic binder T10 de-veloped by Northwest Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy can effectively improve the drying speed, wet falling strength and compressive strength of dry clumps. Under the condition of moisture ratio of 14% and pressure of 15 MPa,u-sing T10 as binder, the prepared mass was dried at 220 ℃ for 12 h,and the compressive strength was 20.45 MPa.
