酒钢低品位镜铁粉矿磁种选择试验研究

Experimental Study on Magnetic Seed Selection of Low Grade Specularite Ore in Jiusteel

针对酒钢0~15 mm低品位镜铁矿粉矿开展系统性磁种选择试验研究,通过目标矿物的理化性质研究,进行FMH磁种、BSK磁种理化性质对比研究、微观结构特性对比分析、磁种改性分析、改性磁种分散与凝聚试验分析、磁种磁化流程对比试验,确定了酒钢0~15 mm低品位粉矿适用的磁种和工艺参数,通过系统的磁种磁化流程试验,在0~15 mm粉矿TFe品位31.45%基础上,获得了综合铁精矿品位51.22%、金属回收率77.73%、尾矿品位13.4%的指标.
This article conducts systematic magnetic seed selection experiments on the 0~15mm low-grade specularite pow-der ore of Jiusteel.Through the study of the physical and chemical properties of the target mineral,a comparative study of the physical and chemical properties of FMH magnetic seeds and BSK magnetic seeds,a comparative analysis of microstruc-ture characteristics,magnetic seed modification analysis,modified magnetic seed dispersion and coagulation experiments,and a comparative experiment of magnetic seed magnetization processes,the suitable magnetic seeds and process parameters for the 0~15 mm low-grade powder ore of Jiusteel were determined.Through systematic magnetic seed magnetization process experiments,on the basis of the TFe grade of the 0~15 mm powder ore,a comprehensive iron concentrate grade of 51.22%,a metal recovery rate of 77.73%,and a tailings grade of 13.4%were obtained.
