摘要
目的 探讨党参种子的鉴定方法,旨在为党参种子的鉴定和质量标准的制定提供科学依据.方法 从党参种子的来源、性状、显微、理化等方面对其进行鉴定研究.结果 党参种子的性状、脂肪油滴、种皮石细胞、胚乳细胞、糊粉粒等均可作为质量鉴定的依据.结论 通过性状鉴定、显微特征、蛋白电泳图谱鉴定评价甘肃党参种子科学实用,可为党参种子的鉴定学研究与质量标准的制定提供参考.
Abstract
Objective: To provide scientific evidences for quality standard formulation and identification on seeds of DangShen (Codonopsis pilosula [Franch.] Nannf.) by exploring identification method. Method: To investigate DangShen seeds by origin identification, macroscopical identification, microscopical identification, physical and chemical identification, etc. Result: The trait, fat droplets, stone cell of testa, endosperm cell, aleurone grain of DangShen seeds could be taken as the basis of quality determination. Conclusion: Seeds of Gansu DangShen were evaluated by macroscopical identification, microscopic characters and electrophoretic patterns of protein, their scientific applications provide references for the study and quality determination formulation of DangShen seeds.
