天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压60例

摘要
目的:观察天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病的临床疗效.方法:将120 例符合病例选择标准的肝阳上亢型高血压病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例.2组均口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,5 mg/ 次,1 次/d,口服.治疗组在此基础上加服天麻钩藤饮,1 剂/d,早晚分服.2 组均以连续用药1 个月为1 个疗程,治疗1 个疗程后观察疗效.结果:显效率治疗组为75.00%,对照组为53.33%,2 组相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为76.67%.2 组相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).收缩压、舒张压2 组治疗前后相比,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后2 组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型高血压病临床疗效满意.
Abstract
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of TianMa GouTengYin in treating hypertension of liver-Yang hyperactivity pattern. Method: All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups took levamlodipine besylate tablets orally, 5 mg/time, once each day. The treatment group took TianMa GouTengYin, one dose each day, taking in the morning and evening. One course of treatment was one month, clinical effects were observed after one course of treatment. Result: Excellence rate of the treatment group was 75.00%, higher than 53.33% of the control group with statistical meaning (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, superior to 76.67% of the control group with statistical meaning (P<0.05). The difference demonstrated statistical meaning in systolic and diastolic pressures between before and after treating within one group (P<0.05); the comparison between both groups showed significant difference after treating in blood pressure (P<0.05). Conclusion: TianMa GouTengYin is effective in treating hypertension of liver- Yang hyperactivity pattern.
