灵龟八法的现代研究概况

摘要
对近年来灵龟八法的文献进行分析,认为作为时间针灸学的重要组成部分,灵龟八法法的疗效已经在实验研究与临床研究上得到了广泛的认可,但大量研究中同时存在着一些不足之处:①缺乏大样本多中心的临床研究,疗效评定所观察的指标也相对比较单一;②分子蛋白水平的研究相对匮乏,且部分研究未体现出明显的规律性;③相对缺乏对灵龟八法机理的研究.
Abstract
As an important part of time acupuncture study, clinical efficacy of eight methods of intelligent turtle has won broad approval in experimental and clinical study through analyzing the literature in recent years, but there were also some shortcomings in most of the studies: ① Large-sample multicenter researches were insufficient, the indexes of assess clinical efficacy was relatively simple. ② The study in the levels of molecular protein was inadequate, and part of the researches couldn' t reflect the notable regularity. ③ Researches on the mechanism of eight methods of intelligent turtle was lacked relatively.
