国内近十年银翘散应用研究知识图谱分析

摘要
目的:通过知识图谱分析近十年国内银翘散应用研究的相关文献,探讨银翘散的研究热点及发展趋势.方法:检索中国知网2011年1月1日至2020年12月31日相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件绘制该领域知识图谱,并对文献关键词进行共现分析、聚类分析、突现分析.结果:筛选后共纳入634篇银翘散应用研究相关文献,银翘散研究热点集中在儿科手足口病的临床疗效、呼吸系统疾病的临床观察、与麻杏石甘汤联用.结论:儿科手足口病的临床疗效、呼吸系统疾病的临床观察及与麻杏石甘汤联用是目前有关银翘散的研究热点.
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the research hotspots and developmental trends of Yinqiao powder by analyzing the literature related to domestic applied research on Yinqiao powder in the past ten years using knowledge mapping.Methods:The relevant literature was searched from CNKI between January 1,2011 and December 31,2020,knowledge mapping in the field was drawn using CiteSpace software,co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis and emergence analysis of literature keywords was conducted.Results:The study has included 634 literature about applied researches on Yinqiao powder after the screening,research hotspots of Yinqiao powder have concentrated on clinical efficacy of hand-foot-mouth disease,clinical observation on the diseases of respiratory disease and its combination with Maxing Shigan Tang.Conclusion:Currently,clinical effects of pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease,clinical observation on respiratory disease and its combination with Maxing Shigan Tang are research hotspots of Yinqiao powder.
