基于TGF-β1/Smads信号通路的中药防治支气管哮喘研究进展

基于TGF-β1/Smads信号通路对支气管哮喘的影响及中药干预作用研究进展进行综述,指出转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)对哮喘发病过程中气道炎症与气道重塑的病理基础发挥作用,TGF-β1对气道炎症具有双重作用,既可通过刺激嗜酸性粒细胞促进气道炎症发生,又可通过刺激肥大细胞产生白细胞介素6,抑制气道炎症;此外,因TGF-β1具有超强的致纤维化作用,可促进成纤维细胞生长,引起气道重塑,中药可通过调控TGF-β1/Smads信号通路,从而干预哮喘发作,缓解哮喘临床症状.
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prevention and Therapy for Bronchial Asthma Based on TGF-β1/Smads Signal Pathway
Nowadays,many experimental studies revealed that TGF-β1 has developed the effects in pathological foundation of airway inflammation and airway remodeling in the pathogenesis of asthma.TGF-β1 has dual effects on airway inflammation,it could not only induce the airway inflammation through stimulating eosinophilia,but also inhibit airway inflammation by stimulating the generation of mast cells;in addition,TGF-β1 could promote fibroblast growth and cause airway remodeling since it has a superb fibrogenic effect.TCM could intervene the attacks of asthma and relieve clinical symptoms of asthma through regulating TGF-β1/smads signal pathway.The paper reviewed research progress of the influence of TGF-β1/Smads signal pathway on bronchial asthma and TCM intervention effects,hoping to provide the thinking for the prevention and the treatment of bronchial asthma by TCM.
