益肾强骨汤联合一指禅推拿治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨益肾强骨汤联合一指禅推拿治疗急性期腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法:将120例急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例.对照组采用塞来昔布口服联合一指禅推拿治疗,观察组采用益肾强骨汤联合一指禅推拿治疗.观察两组患者临床疗效、日本骨科协会评分(Japanese orthopaedic association scores JOA)及血清炎症因子[白细胞介素1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]水平.结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%(56/60),高于对照组的83.33%(50/60)(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组JOA评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后两组患者IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,观察组降低更明显(P＜0.05).结论:益肾强骨汤联合一指禅推拿可降低急性期腰椎间盘突出症患者血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,改善患者腰椎功能.
Abstract
Objective:To discuss clinical effects of kidney-benefiting bone-strengthening decoction and single-thumb massage in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:All 120 patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated by oral administration of celecoxib and single-thumb massage,and the observation group by kidney-benefiting bone-strengthening decoction and single-thumb massage.To observe clinical effects,JOA,serum inflammatory factors[IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α]between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[93.3%(56/60)],higher than[83.33%(50/60)]of the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,JOA scores of the observation group were higher than these of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased in both groups after the treatment,the decrease of the observation group was more noticeable(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-benefiting bone-strengthening decoction and single-thumb massage could lower the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α in the treatment of acute LDH,improve the function of lumbar spine.
