Objective:To analyze the medication rules of the prescriptions for treating dysmenorrhea in the dictionary of TCM prescriptions based on data mining.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the prescriptions for dysmenorrhea were screened out from dictionary of TCM prescriptions,and to standardize the names of the prescriptions,Excel,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 were applied to carry out the frequency statistics,association rules analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis.Results:The study included 151 prescriptions for dysmenorrhea,and involved 191 herbs;among them,there were 36 herbs with the frequency of occurrence≥10,containing Danggui(Angelicae sinensis radix),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma),Yanhusuo(Corydalis Rhizoma),Baishao(Paeoniae radix alba),Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma)and Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix rhizoma),which could tonify the deficiency,promote blood circulation and remove stasis,and regulate Qi mainly,the nature of these medicines is slightly warm,cold and neutral,and the taste is pungent,bitter and sweet,and they entering the meridians of liver,spleen and heart.The commonly-used drug pairs were yielded including"Danggui-Chuanxiong""Danggui-Xiangfu-Chuanxiong""Danggui-processed Dihuang-Baishao-Chuanxiong"by conducting the association rule analysis of 13 high-frequency medicines with the frequency≥25,meanwhile the core drug combination"Danggui-Chuanxiong-Baishao"was gained by enhancing the degree of support of association rules.Four drug combinations were obtained by performing cluster analysis of high-frequency medicines,C1:Baishao,processed Dihuang,Chuanxiong and Danggui;C2:Mudanpi(Moutan cortex)and Fuling(Poria);C3:Xiangfu and Gancao;C4:Taoren(Persicae semen)and Honghua(Carthami flos),factor analysis yielded five metric factors.Conclusion:The treatment of dysmenorrhea in the dictionary of TCM prescriptions adopts enriching blood and promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and dispelling the lump,soothing liver and regulating Qi as the main one.
