By sorting out the literature of the network pharmacology-based studies on TCM therapies for esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,gastritis,pancreatic cancer,pancreatitis,liver cancer and fatty liver disease,senile constipation,the paper analyzes the mechanism of therapeutic effects of TCM,the active ingredients of herbs,targets of action,and puts forward the problems and prospects,in order to produce the thinking for the research and development of innovative TCM.
