Objective:To observe clinical effects of Yishen Wuling decoction and hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia.Methods:All 104 patients who accepted hemodialysis were chosen and grouped according to the admission order,the control group was treated by hemodialysis only,and the observation group took Yishen Wuling decoction and hemodialysis.To compare clinical therapeutic effects,renal function,VAS scores,syndrome integrals and the levels of Hb,HCT and TP between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[92.3%(48/52)],higher than[78.8%(41/52)]of the control group(P＜0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of Ccr,24h urine protein,BUN and SCr before the treatment between both groups(P>0.05),after the treatment,the observation group was noticeably higher than the control group in the levels of Ccr,lower than the control group in the levels of SCr,24h urine protein and BUN(P＜0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in VAS scores,syndrome integrals before the treatment between both groups(P>0.05),after the treatment,the decrease of the observation group was more remarkable(P＜0.05),and lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of Hb,HCT and TP before the treatment between both groups(P>0.05),after the treatment,the increase of the observation group were more noticeable(P＜0.05),and higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of Yishen Wuling decoction could raise clinical effects,relieve pain degrees in the course of hemodialysis,regulate renal function,the levels of Hb,HCT,TP when the patients undergo hemodialysis.
