TCM National Master's Medication Rules and Experience of the Treatment of Thoracic Obstruction and Cardiac Pain of Intermingled Phlegm and Blood Stasis Pattern Based on Data Mining
Objective:To investigate TCM national masters'medication rules and therapeutic experience in the treatment of thoracic obstruction and cardiac pain of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis pattern.Methods:The literature on thoracic obstruction and cardiac pain of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis pattern was searched from CNKI,CQVIP,Wanfang and other databases,with the titles of"thoracic obstruction and cardiac pain","thoracic obstruction""cardiac pain","coronary heart disease",including the names of 120 national masters of Chinese medicine,and/or the authors'names containing the names of the national masters of Chinese medicine as retrieval formula,and the papers were included after sorting and selecting,the prescriptions were analyzed statistically via traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS V3.0)to summarize the national masters'medication rules and therapeutic experience.Results:Thoracic obstruction and cardiac pain of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis pattern is mainly characterized by chest tightness and chest pain,accompanied by shortness of breath,fatigue,poor sleep and other secondary symptoms,demonstrating dark red tongue and white and greasy tongue fur,slippery string and thin pulse;the high-frequency drugs mainly include Danshen(Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong rhizoma)and Gualou(Trichosanthis fructus)and others;the statistical analysis of the efficacy of the drugs showed that the drugs with the highest frequency of use were the types of activating blood and removing blood stasis,tonifying deficiency,regulating Qi,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,clearing away heat;the association cluster analysis showed that three most frequent drug combinations were Gualou-Xiebai(Allii macrostemonis bulbus),Danshen-Gualou,Danshen-Dangshen(Codonopsis radix)respectively,and three core combinations,among them,Chuanxiong,Danshen,Huangqi(Astragali radix),Yujin(Curcumae radix)and Gualou appeared the most frequently.Conclusion:TCM national masters'treatment of thoracic obstruction and cardiac pain of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis pattern mainly adopts activating blood and removing blood stasis,tonifying Qi and resolving phlegm,the commonly-used prescription is Xuefu Zhuyu Tang,Danshen Yin,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang and Wendan Tang,modified in the application of the symptoms.
