The paper summarized insulin resistance,immune inflammatory factors,transcription factor family,hormone secretion and intestinal flora by searching the literature on massage treatment of simple obesity in the recent ten years,it is pointed out that massage could treat simple obesity possibly through regulating the expressions of C/EBP family factors and HPA axis.
