Application of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in Urinary Incontinence after Radical Prostatectomy
Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods:Altogether 114 patients with radical prostatectomy were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.The control group used pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the observation group adopted moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing based on pelvic floor muscle exercise.To observe the effective rate of urinary incontinence one-month after the operation,the quality of life,SAS,SDS and nursing satisfaction scores between both groups.Results:The effective rate of urinary incontinence one-month after the operation,the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than these of the control group(P＜0.05);the observation group was lower than the control group in SAS and SDS scores one-month after the operation(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for patients with prostatic cancer is beneficial to the rapid recovery of urinary control function,relieve negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction and the patients'quality of life.
