Observation on Clinical Effects of Humanistic Care-based Evidence-based Nursing Combined with Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis
Objective:To survey curative effects of humanistic care-based evidence-based nursing and warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:All 94 RA patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group accepted humanistic care-based evidence-based nursing on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted,intervention for two weeks.To observe SDS,SAS,VAS and the scores of quality of life health behavior compliance,disease management knowledge acquisition,in the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,SDS,SAS and VAS scores of both groups were reduced than before the intervention(P<0.05),the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Health behavior compliance and disease management knowledge acquisition,the scores of quality of life were improved in the two groups than before the intervention(P<0.05),the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),higher than 82.98%(39/47)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:evidence-based nursing based on humanistic care combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of RA could eliminate the patients'negative emotions,relieve pain,improve health behavior compliance,disease management knowledge acquisition,the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
