Professor Wang Youpeng analyzed the constitution of children with allergic diseases through years of clinical experience,and found that these children are mostly with damp-heat constitutions,and applied the method of dividing,eliminating and draining in the treatment.In addition,he elaborated the mechanism of the method in the treatment of damp-heat allergic diseases,and listed the specific clinical applications of Wendan decoction series combined prescriptions of the method of dividing,eliminating and draining,such as Xiebai powder and Wendan decoction in the treatment of cough-variant asthma,Conglong Tang and Wendan decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma,and Cangerzi powder and Wendan decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,etc,which further confirmed the effectiveness and novelty of the method of dividing,eliminating and draining for the treatment of allergic diseases in children through the regulation of the body constitution.
