吕文良教授首创中医辨证论治的"火候"理论,强调在慢性疾病的各阶段精准把控邪气与正气的矛盾状态,以扶正祛邪、攻伐有度为总原则,治疗以调和气血、阴阳为主,达到和其不和、随症治之的目的.他认为慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的复杂的病理变化可根据其自然病程大致分为3个阶段:疫毒侵袭、正虚邪伏;肝郁脾虚、湿热内结;正气虚衰、邪气残留.他运用"火候"理论诊治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎,效验颇丰.
Abstract
Professor Lyu Wenliang pioneered the theory of"fire"in Chinese medicine,which emphasizes the precise control of the contradiction between evil and healthy Qi at various stages of chronic diseases,and the general principle of supporting the healthy Qi and dispelling the evil,and attacking and destroying in a measured way,and the treatment is based on the harmonization of Qi and blood,yin and yang,so as to achieve the goal of harmonization and treating the symptoms.He believed that the complex pathological changes of chronic viral hepatitis B could be roughly divided into three stages according to its natural course:Epidemic attack,healthy Qi deficiency and evil hidden;liver depression and spleen deficiency,dampness-heat intermingled;and healthy Qi deficiency and evil residual.He applied the"fire"theory in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B with noticeable effects.
