摘要
整理和分析国医大师张震教授运用参贝止咳汤治疗咳嗽经验,分析该组方特点及临床运用情况.发现张震教授多从风邪论治咳嗽,参贝止咳汤组方严谨、寒热平衡,可祛风散邪、宁喉止咳,而治咳在肺,可在兼调脾胃的基础上中西互参,提质增效.临床上可以以参贝止咳汤为基础加减治疗各型咳嗽.
Abstract
The paper sorted out and analyzed the experience of Professor Zhang Zhen,a master of national medicine,in the treatment of cough with Shenbei Zhike Tang,as well as the characteristics of the formula and its clinical application.It is found that prof.Zhang Zhen mostly treats cough from the theory of wind,and the formula of Shenbei Zhike Tang,presented in strict composition and cold-heat balance,can expel wind and disperse pathogenic factors,calm the throat and stop cough,and the treatment of cough lies in the lung,so it can be improved by the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the basis of regulating the spleen and stomach at the same time,thus enhancing the quality and effect.Clinically,the decoction can be used as the basis for the treatment of various types of cough with additional subtractions.
