子宫内膜异位症相关信号通路及中医药疗法干预研究

摘要
收集近年来国内外相关文献,分析丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通路、Janus激酶2/转录活化因子3通路、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/丝苏氨酸蛋白激酶通路、Wnt蛋白/β-连环蛋白通路、核转录因子kappa B通路信号通路与子宫内膜异位症生理病理机制的关系,并阐述包括中药、针灸等在内的中医药疗法在治疗子宫内膜异位症中的干预机制,为临床治疗提供新的思路与研究靶点.
Abstract
We collected relevant literature from home and abroad in recent years,analyzed the relationship between mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway,Janus kinase 2/transcriptional activator 3 pathway,phosphati-dylinositol-3-kinase/serothreonine protein kinase pathway,Wnt protein/β-linker protein pathway,and kappa B pathway signaling pathway and the physiological and pathological mechanisms of endometriosis,and elaborated on the mechanism of the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapies including Chinese herbs and acupuncture in the treatment of endometriosis,in order to provide a new way of thinking and a new target point for the clinical treatment.
