By analyzing the relevant literature and discussing the application of acute kidney injury biomarkers such as glomerular filtration function marker,proximal tubular injury marker,collecting tubes injury marker and cell cycle blocking protein in the diagnosis of acute kidney injury,it is believed that,compared with the traditional laboratory indexes,each of these biomarkers has its own characteristics,and they can represent the injuries in different parts of the kidneys,which can help in the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of acute kidney injury.Moreover,traditional Chinese medicine has certain experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease,and clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment can be carried out according to needs.
