The Influence of Syndrome Differentiation and Care Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy
Objective:To investigate the intervention effects of syndrome differentiation and care,compre-hensive rehabilitation training on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:Eighty-two patients with CSR were selected and divided into 41 cases each in the control group and the observation group with reference to the random number table method. The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training, and the observation group accepted syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention on this basis. Both groups were treated continuously for four weeks, and the scores of cervical spondylosis clinical evaluation scale(CASCS),cervical functional mobility, clinical efficacy, and hemorheological indexes were compared between the two groups. Results:After four weeks of treatment, single index score of the CASCS and single indexes of cervical functional mobility of both groups were significantly improved, and the observation group was more remarkably improved than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group[97.56%(40/41)]was higher than that of the control group[80.49%(33/41)](P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment, the whole blood viscosity high shear, medium shear, low shear as well as plasma viscosity decreased significantly in both groups, and the decrease was more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation and nursing intervention combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, cervical spine mobility and blood rheology indexes of CRS patients, and improve the clinical efficacy.
