摘要

从皮瓣坏死与缺血再灌注微循环障碍,"络以辛为泄"与皮瓣微循环障碍、消肿止痛合剂对与皮瓣微循环障碍类的靶向治疗3方面入手探讨基于"络以辛为泄"理论的消肿止痛合剂治疗皮瓣术后微循环障碍的机制,提出消肿止痛合剂能够促进皮瓣血管再生,改善皮瓣微循环障碍,提高皮瓣成活率,方中药物以活血药为主,大多以"辛"味药为主,并从"络以辛为泄"理论出发揭示了消肿止痛合剂在改善皮瓣移植术后微循环障碍的中医药机制,运用络病理论研究皮瓣微循环障碍是一个新的切入点,是皮瓣微循环障碍未来研究的重要方向.

Abstract

The mechanism of edema-relieving pain-easing mixture(Xiaozhong Zhitong Heji)in the treatment of microcirculatory disorder after flap surgery based on the theory of"the collateral drained by the pungent herbs"is illustrated from three aspects:flap necrosis,and ischaemia-reperfusion microcirculation disorders,the theory of"the collateral drained by the pungent herbs"and flap microcirculation disorders,targeted therapy of microcirculation disorders after flap surgery with the mixture in the treatment.It is believed that the mixture could promote the angiogenesis of the flap,improve microcirculatory disorder of the flap and increase the viability of the flap,the mixture was formulated by the drugs of blood-activating,mostly belonging to pungent flavour.On the foundation of the theory of"the collateral drained by the pungent herbs",the paper showed the mechanism of TCM in improving microcirculatory disorder after skin flap transplantation with the mixture,it is a new entry point for the study of flap microcirculatory disorder with the theory of collateral disease,and also the important direction for future study of flap microcirculatory disorder.
