By searching the literature on physical therapy of shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)at home and abroad,the paper summarized the physical therapy and its combined application,mainly containing exercise therapy,manipulation therapy and instrumental therapy,and it should be optimized rationally in clinic,so as to improve curative effects of rehabilitation.
