摘要
对中西医治疗良性甲状腺结节的相关文献进行综述,指出西医治疗良性甲状腺结节以定期观察、小剂量左甲状腺素、放射性碘131、射频消融及手术治疗为主,但有一定的疗效局限性、风险性和副作用;现代中医药在辨证论治指导下,治疗良性甲状腺结节方式多样,包括中药煎剂、中成药、中药熏洗、针灸、穴位贴敷、穴位注射等,有其独特优势;而中西医结合治疗临床疗效佳,不良反应少,成为近年研究的热点.
Abstract
By conducting a review of the relevant literature on the treatment of benign thyroid nodules by Chinese and Western medicine,it was pointed out that the treatment of benign thyroid nodules by Western medicine mainly adopted regular observation,small-dose levothyroxine,radioactive iodine 131,radiofrequency ablation and surgical treatment,but it had certain limitations of therapeutic efficacy,risks and side effects;Modern traditional Chinese medicine,under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment,treats benign thyroid nodules in a variety of ways,including decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese patent medicines,Chinese medicine fumigation,acupuncture,acupoint application and acupoint injection,which has its unique advantages;while integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has been the research hotspot in the recent years with optimal clinical effects and minor adverse reaction.
