Influence of TCM Emotional Comprehensive Nursing on Photodynamic Therapy for Patients with Extramammary Paget's Disease
Objective:To investigate the effects of TCM emotional comprehensive nursing on the nursing satisfaction,pain degree and survival quality of patients with extramammary Paget's disease treated with photodynamic therapy(PDT).Methods:All 52 patients diagnosed with extramammary Paget's disease were randomly divided into 26 cases in the control group and 26 cases in the observation group;the control group accepted conventional nursing,and the observation group was given TCM comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.To compare the changes of nursing satisfaction,pain degree and quality of life in the treatment process of the two groups.Results:The pain improvement and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than these of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the observation group in the quality of life in terms of symptom perception,daily life,recreational activities,work and study and personal activities were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM emotional comprehensive nursing measures in the treatment of extramammary Paget's disease with PDT can relieve pain in the treatment process and improve patients'satisfaction and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
