国医大师卢芳益气和血法治疗冠心病经验

摘要
卢芳教授认为冠心病病机以虚为主,气血关系失衡与冠心病的发生有密切联系,血行迟滞,脉道不利是冠心病的核心病机.气血关系失衡贯穿疾病始终,气不足为发病之根,瘀血是关键致病因素和病理产物.治疗以益气为主,辅以和血复脉.临证处方应重视阴阳互根、益气扶正、气血同调、和血消斑、祛瘀生新、复脉祛浊.
Abstract
Prof.Lu Fang believes that the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD)is based on deficiency,and the imbalance of Qi and blood is closely related to the occurrence of CHD,and that the stagnation of blood flow and unfavorable pulse channel are the core pathogenesis of CHD.The imbalance of Qi and blood runs throughout the disease,Qi deficiency is the root of the disease,and blood stasis is the key pathogenic factor and pathological product.Treatment is based on benefiting Qi,supplemented by harmonizing blood and restoring the veins.The prescription should emphasize the mutual root of yin and yang,benefiting Qi and enhancing healthy Qi,regulating Qi and blood,harmonizing blood and eliminating spots,eliminating blood stasis and regenerating new,and restoring the veins to eliminate turbidity.
