李盛华教授阶梯化治疗膝骨性关节炎经验

摘要
李盛华教授认为临床治疗膝骨性关节炎应采取阶梯治疗、注重筋骨并重的理念,根据疾病的不同分期、分型分而治之.阶梯治疗主要为:早期保守、中期微创、后期手术.在临证时可结合中药内服、外敷+陇中正骨调衡手法外治+中医特色诊疗技术等综合治疗以加强治疗效果.
Abstract
Prof.Li Shenghua believes that the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)should be based on the concept of stepwise treatment,emphasizing the importance of tendons and bones,and treating the disease according to different stages and types of the disease.The stepwise treatment contains mainly:conservative therapy at early stage,minimally invasive in the medium term,surgery at a late stage.It can be combined with oral administration of herbs and external application of herbs+Longzhong bone balancing manipulation for external use+TCM-characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology in clinical treatment to enhance the therapeutic effect of comprehensive treatment.
