摘要
舒劲主任医师认为复发性口腔溃疡病位分上、中、下三焦,以虚实定性,虚即虚火或阳虚浮火,实即实火;实火宜"清热泻火敛疮",虚火应"温阳泻火";临证中可用升麻宣郁清火,用行气药加强祛热之力,用消积药兼顾脾胃.
Abstract
Chief Physician Shu Jin holds that recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU)might be located in the upper,middle and lower energizers,its nature depends on deficiency or excess,deficiency means deficiency fire or fire caused by Yang deficiency,excess is excess fire;clearing heat,purging fire and restraining the sore should be applied to clear excess fire,warming Yang and purging fire could be used to treat deficiency fire;Shengma(cimicifugae rhizoma)could be used in clinical treatment to relieve depression and clear fire,the drugs of promoting Qi circulation could be used to enhance the effects of clearing heat,the drugs of removing food retention to take care of the spleen and stomach.
