摘要
中医学认为智力发育障碍的病因系先天禀赋不足,或后天调养失宜而致神明失聪,以心、脾、肝、肾亏虚为主,或因痰瘀阻滞脑络,病机复杂,治疗方向需多点出发.四维调神针刺法创立了培补元神、宁心安神、开窍醒神、潜阳安神的治疗思路,符合本病病因病机,可起到执简驭繁的作用.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of intellectual disabilities(ID)is insufficient congenital endowment or mental retardation caused by improper care,with the complicated pathogenesis,mainly becauses of deficiency of the heart,spleen,liver,and kidney,or phlegm and blood stasis blocking the brain collaterals,and the treatment needs to start from multiple points.The four-dimensional spirit-adjusting needling method produces the treatment idea of cultivating the spirit,tranquilizing the heart,opening the orifices to induce resuscitation,and submerging Yang to tranquilize the spirit,which is in line with the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,and can play the role of simple control of complexity.
