基于大肠主津理论阐述大肠主津理论在治疗肛裂中的应用,认为津液失常是肛裂的主要病因之一,故而对患者的津液进行调节是治疗肛裂的关键.补脾强肾、宽中润肠法治疗肛裂为主要治法,可配合膏方使用,进而提高患者的治疗依从性,促进肠道津液的正常运行,有效治疗肛裂.
Based on the theory of the large intestine governing body fluid,the paper expounded the applica-tion of the theory in the treatment of anal fissure,and it is believed that the malfunction of fluid is one of the main causes of anal fissure,so the regulation of the fluid of the patient is the key to the treatment of anal fissure.The treatment of anal fissure by tonifying the spleen,strengthening the kidney,and relieving epigastric distention and moistening the intestines is the main therapy,which can be used together with the ointment to improve the patient's compliance to the treatment,to promote the normal operation of intestinal fluid,and to effectively treat anal fissure.
