Analysis of the Rules of Acupuncture Treatment for Psoriasis
Objective:To analyze the rule of clinical acupoints selection for psoriasis using data mining tech-nology.Methods:The document related to acupuncture for psoriasis recruited in VIP,Wanfang and Embase databases from the establishment to October 30,2021 was searched by computer,Microsoft Excel 2019 was adopted to build the database,data mining technology was applied to conduct descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and chronological analysis of acupoints.Results:A total of 45 articles with 56 acupoints and a total frequency of 477 were included in this study.The top five acupoints for frequency of use were Quchi(LI11,46 times),Sanyinjiao(SP6,37 times),Xuehai(SP10,36 times),Feishu(BL13,34 times)and Geshu(BL17,32 times),mostly belonging to the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,the spleen meridian of foot-Taiyin,large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming,governor meridian and the stomach meridian of foot-Yangming.The most frequently used meridian was the bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,correlation analysis displayed that the acupoints that co-occur with other points in the top 5 frequencies were Quchi(310 times),Sanyinjiao(274 times),Xuehai(255 times),Feishu(225 times)and Zusanli(221 times);chronological analysis showed that Quchi,Xuehai and Sanyinjiao appeared frequently in the year in which the literature is included,with higher selection rate.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy for psoriasis presents a certain regularity in the selection of acupoint,and"Quchi,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai,Feishu,Geshu and Zusanli"could be considered as the main acupoints for the establishment of therapeutic regimen.
