摘要
目的:分析中医治疗布鲁氏菌病肝肾亏虚证的用药规律,挖掘有效的药物组合及新处方.方法:检索相关数据库并查阅资料,收集关于布鲁氏菌病肝肾亏虚证的文献和医案,筛选治疗该病证的方剂.基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)建立方药特征数据库,并通过关联规则分析法、熵层次聚类等方法,对处方用药进行数据分析,包括对用药频次统计、组方规律进行挖掘等.结果:肝肾亏虚的症状出现54条,症状频次总共224次,其中频率在5以上的18条,总共出现147次,占总数的65.6%.筛选出关于布鲁氏菌病肝肾亏虚证的组方17首,中药38味,使用频次最高的5味中药为牛膝、枸杞子、当归、续断、桑寄生,并取得核心药物组合14条,药物规则主要为牛膝、党参、续断、当归、桑寄生、枸杞子、黄精之间的组合,核心组合4条、得出2个新的处方.结论:中医治疗布鲁氏菌病肝肾亏虚证用药以补肝肾、强筋骨、祛风湿、养气血之品为主,新方组成体现了祛邪扶正、标本兼顾,可使肝肾强、风湿除而血气足、痹痛愈.
Abstract
Objective:To unearth the effective drug combination and new prescription by analyzing the medication laws of TCM therapy for liver-kidney depletion pattern brucellosis.Methods:The literature and medical cases of liver-kidney depletion pattern brucellosis were collected by searching the relevant database and checking the data,to screen the prescriptions of treating the disease.The database of prescription and drugs was established based on TCMISS V2.5,the data of the prescribed herbs,including medication frequency statistics,the rule of the prescriptions,was analyzed through association rule analysis method,entropy hierarchical clustering.Results:There were 54 symptoms of liver and kidney deficiency,and the frequency of symptoms was 224 times in total,of which 18 symptoms occurred more than five times,147 times in total,accounting for 65.6%of the total.All 17 prescriptions and 38 herbs were selected,the most frequently used herbs were Niuxi(achyranthis bidentatae radix),Gouqizi(lycii fructus),Danggui(angelicae sinensis radix),Xuduan(dipsaci radix)and Sangjisheng(taxilli herba),14 core drug combinations were obtained,the medication rule were mainly the compatibility between Niuxi,Dangshen(Codonopsis radix),Xuduan,Danggui,Sangjisheng,Gouqizi and Huangjing(polygonati rhizoma).four core combinations and two new prescriptions were gained.Conclusion:Liver-kidney depletion pattern brucellosis principally adopts the drugs of tonifying liver and kidney,strengthening the bones and muscles,relieving rheumatism,nourishing Qi and blood,the new prescription could reflect the thinking of eliminating the pathogen and enhancing healthy Qi,treating the symptoms and the root causes,strengthening the liver and kidney,eliminating rheumatism to enrich Qi and blood,heal the arthralgia.
