Visual Analysis of Shoulder-hand Syndrome Research based on CiteSpace Knowledge Graph
Objective:To conclude the research history,current status,hotspots,transformation and deve-lopment trend of this field by visualizing and analyzing the published literature on the prevention and treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS).Methods:The China Knowledge Network database was searched for relevant literature on preventing and treating post-stroke SHS between the establishment of the database and March 2021,and the searched literature was de-duplicated and screened,and the exported data were analyzed using CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software,so as to arrive at the analysis of authors,institutions,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,keyword time zone evolution and emergent words,and to draw the corresponding knowledge map.Results:A total of 2,469 SHS-related articles were retrieved,and 1,750 were included in the analysis after de-duplication and screening.The number of literature began to grow faster after 2005 and peaked at 181 articles in 2020.The team with the largest number of publications and stable cooperation was Ni Feilin's team,and the institution with the largest number of publications was the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The analyses of keywords showed that acupuncture,moxibustion,tuina,herbal fumigation,herbal soaking,and rehabilitation care are the focus of attention in the prevention and treatment of SHS at present.Conclusion:Literature analysis displayed that clinical treatment of SHS is still dominated by acupuncture and moxibustion,and gradually transitioned from treatment to early prevention and treatment,predicting that the future development trend may be a combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and modern medicine.
