Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with internal administration of modified Qingyi Tang(Pancreas-clearing decoction)in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis.Methods:All 100 patients with mild acute pancreatitis were selected as study subjects and divided into 50 cases each in the observation group and control group according to the randomized numerical table method.The control group was treated with octreotide,and the observation group accepted traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and internal administration of Qingyi Tang on the basis of the control group,and both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.To observe TCM syndrome integrals,serum inflammatory factor,serum amylase,systemic inflammatory response syndrome score,acute pancreatitis severity index score before and after the treatment of the two groups,as well as the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and safety.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than these before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factor,serum amylase,systemic inflammatory response syndrome scores,and acute pancreatitis severity index score of both groups were lower than theses before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time for the disappearance of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was[98.00%(49/50)],higher than that[84.00%(42/50)]of the control group(P<0.05);and no adverse reactions occurred in the course of the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with internal administration of Qingyi Tang in the treatment of mild acute pancrea-titis can noticeably reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the course of the disease,lower the levels of the patients'laboratory indicators such as serum inflammatory factor,AMS,etc.,and improve the clinical efficacy.
