Differential Analysis of Blood Stasis Syndrome and IgA Nephropathy
Objective:To investigate the correlation between pathological grading, clinical indexes and blood stasis syndrome in patients with IgA nephropathy(IgAN);in order to provide research evidence for the effectiveness of clinical treatment and the improvement of the diagnosis of blood stasis type of IgAN.Methods:A retrospective survey was conducted on patients originating from Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the first diagnosis of IgAN.A total of 40 cases were investigated, and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the differences between blood stasis syndrome and pathological grading and clinical indicators. Results:The pathological grading of IgAN group of blood stasis syndrome was higher than that of the non-blood stasis syndrome group;the probability of women with IgAN of blood stasis syndrome was higher than that of men;the older IgAN patients were, the higher the probability of suffering from blood stasis syndrome was;and the degree of relevance of the clinical indexes in patients with IgAN of blood stasis syndrome was higher than that of patients with IgAN of non-blood stasis syndrome, which was reflected in 24-h urinary protein quantity and blood creatinine in the group with blood stasis syndrome were higher than those in the group with non-blood stasis syndrome. Conclusion:Blood stasis syndrome is positively correlated with pathological grading and clinical indexes of IgAN,and blood stasis syndrome can be used as one of the clinical diagnostic indexes, providing research evidence for the effectiveness of clinical treatment.
